Thank You for caring

Mission Statement

The Santa Barbara Youth Project provides aid to children and adolescents in the Santa Barbara area who are at risk for experiencing emotional and/or behavioral problems. Our program's goal is to enhance their self-esteem and sense of well being, change maladaptive behavior and help them to become successful and productive members of the community.

Horses help heal the hurt.

Our Programs

Our very successful horse camps for the disadvantaged, abused and neglected children of Santa Barbara have been made possible by generous donations of time, resources, equipment and horses. There are many more ‘at risk’ children that we need to reach. We can only do so with your help.

Our nonprofit programs are supported by your donations.
